Technological process automated control systems (TP ACS) development and production is an important line of the Company’s activity.
In terms of automation «ZVEZDA-ENERGETIKA» realizes:
- development of project solutions and requirement specifications of TP ACS equipment for controlled objects of any complexity.
- development of design and operation documentation;
- TP ACS equipment manufacture;
- factory tests, including use of a mathematical model simulating a controlled object;
- start-up and adjustment operations and acceptance tests at the customer’s object;
- servicing and repairs of TP ACS equipment;
- customer personnel training;

Every year “ZVEZDA-ENERGETIKA” manufactures tens of technological process control systems for heat power stations, pumping and heat substations, fuel gas treatment units.

Covers almost all regions of Russia – from Krasnodar Territory to Sakhalin Island. Our control systems operate in saint Petersburg, Moscow, Western Siberia, the Chukot and Yamalo-Nenets autonomous districts, Republics of Sakha (Yakutia) and Komi, Astrakhan and Novgorod regions.

The whole list of required certificates for manufactured products and licenses for all types of performed operations (services) is in “ZVEZDA-ENERGETIKA” possession. The Company’s Quality Management System meets the requirements of ISO 9001:2008. Products supplied to “Gazprom” OAO are attested. The Company is included in the Suppliers Register. The Company has its own production site and representative office in Moscow, service centers in Surgut, Nadym, and Salekhard.
